HASHERS RUNNING THROUGH FLAT
EXPANSES OF 'UN-GRABBED' NYALI

Coastweek - - The Hash was run on the flat expanses of the developed and underdeveloped Nyali area.

Starting from the tiny harehole of Wethole, the Circle broke up in a run that took them on the virgin seemingly un-grabbed (or allegedly 'surrendered grabbed land') adjoining the Crocodile farm.

The trail laid by Emily and Wethole, meandered through the unused quarries and gaping excavations south of Links Road, mainly keeping to the sprawling bush.

After testing the tracking prowess of the predominantly runner pack it wound up to the southern suburban Nyali and did a tangential flirt with the three main beach hotels. The tide being in, a beach run was wisely avoided.

After an eight kilometres run the Pack, thanking the great Hashman in the sky for the still functioning limbs, converged on the sweet lawns of Wethole's humble abode.

The down-downs were accompanied by the much awaited Samosas and other goodies which were quickly dispensed off.

Run no. 103 : Saturday, Nov. 06, Meet at Blue Room. 3.30 p.m. for the run at Miritini.
