probolems: HASH MARKS
OBLITERATED BY THE RAIN

dusty track through southern Mtwapa

Coastweek - - The latest Hash Run took its first steps from the HQ and wound down the dusty southern Mtwapa as if to lead to the seafront - but no, the Hare Sylvia, assisted by Fina had other things in mind.

After a few hundred meters the trail split into three and followed the checks.

The onus to lead fell on the front-runner Eric 'hare' and the virgin runners of the day.

After a while, following the lush green corn fields and the sea somewhere in background, the trail wound up west to lead to a surprisingly thick palm grove and the wet 'hold'.

But the day's liquor was only fit for Gods.

None of the ordinary mortals who comprised the pack could tackle it - for once.

But even before that the Hares clean forgot where the marks were in some places and the others were obliterated by the rains.

This is a 'virus' that seems to attack the HASHING Hares currently.

The trail was detected after a bit of ground and a lot of soul searching.

The pack safely head home from there on and sat down to the 'down-downs'.

A good run all and all.

Next RUN:  - Bombolulu, meet at Watering Hole, on Bamburi Road, after Uchumi, 3.30 p.m. Sharp. Please note the change of venue.
