Run No. 149 - 17th December 2005 - Report
Even more intrepid Swankers than last week converged on Turkey Bayse, Kiembeni, where an intriguing trail, set by Bob the Hash Dog, awaited them.
The trail explored the new building sites of an ever expanding Kiembeni, then crossed the big truck road and dived into the mustuni, circled a water hole, crossed the road again, traversed the housing belt before entering new territory east of Kiembeni.
Here the pack found a shady green arboretum, when the run turned into a survey of the local flora, on the way, passing the sweetest smelling sewage works in Africa! This area needs to be reccied more.
The trail led back through humanland before returning to Turkey Bayse, where the circle was held.
